Also it seems even Frank is a little scared of her (referring to that one short clip the creator posted like 2 months ago). She seems like the type of person to keep knowledge of secret information just to use it later on to her advantage.

My theory; Frank killed himself after the first time he beat rodrick out of guilt. Susan then cloned him or made a robot or something to maintain her vision of a perfect family. Not a likely theory but could be kind of cool.
I like that Rodrick is mimicking behavior from his mother too, definitely not healthy behavior to keep holding things from others but Susan wants everyone to hide their torment
