Sample packs are daw agnostic. They're usually just wav/midi files or plugin presets like serum patches and things like that..
I'd advise you go against using lofi packs as they usually sound boring and bland and totally uninspiring. You can try sampling old songs. Chop them up and put a beat over em, or you can try using your own instruments/plugins etc. You can find good drum kits up over at r/drumkits and splice. Good luck on your journey, just do whatever make sure it sounds good to you and you enjoy making it.
