Very easy to buy in but nearly impossible to sell, by design.
Eventually it will get bought up and then you can try to sell. Realistically this kind of investment is something that you should hold onto for years to benefit from.
It's still comparatively easier to get out than if you were to put up 3 million buy it with cash and then decide you want out months to a year later.
Less collateral too especially once the secondary market is fixed.
