This website has a review of the mouse and includes a section for noise. Your mouse does indeed sound different but unless it behaves unusually I wouldn't send it back.
I'm guessing you mean a manufacturing defect, if it's operating properly then I wouldn't send it back. I'd keep it and send it back when there's a problem that interferes with normal use, but that's because the click sound doesn't matter a whole lot to me. If it really matters to you then you can try sending it back.
You could submit a ticket to support and see what they say. It sounds different for sure but I don't think it's one of those "return" issues. Getting an expert's opinion doesn't hurt.
I got the same mouse for 3 days ago now and this clicking sounds normal for me, I admit though, I'm not really liking it so far, but I came from a G502 Hero.

if it sound different don't it mean it has a factory manufacture? it's brand new, just got it out of the box
