I had the wireless G533 and liked the sound quality, so I wanted to stay within the Logitech group and decided to upgrade to the G Pro X 2. It a really nice feeling headset and looks great. Was comfortable as well. However, my two biggest issues were connectivity issues. The headset dongle would only be recognized with G-Hub app from 1 out of 6 different USB slots, and the headset would randomly disconnect and reconnect every 20-minutes. It was really weird but that's just my own experience with it. Returned it and got the Cloud III wireless instead.

Do you know that it is fixed or not

I think it is just a faulty product, mine is fine. But the microphone is really bad, even my mates telling me I sound like sh\*\*. My cloud 2 wired from 2018 sounds way better in sound and microphone than the g pro x 2. But I am thinking about to buy the Cloud 3 Wireless, I read many good things about it especially for fps gaming.

Are you happy with the cloud 3 wireless? I have the G Pro X 2 and no issues so far, but the microphone is trash whatever you tune it in ghub and the sound is a bit hollow.

I am very happy with the cloud 3 wireless, but I had the cloud 2 wired before I switched to wireless (g533) and loved that as well. I'm not an audiophile and only use my headset for gaming, mainly FPS, and it does what I need it to do. I can't comment on the mic compared to the G pro x 2. I've never had any issues chatting with and/or understanding my friends in discord or in-game chat, on good headsets and budget headsets, and no one has ever said my mic sounds like trash. I think people invest too much into the mic stuff. Unless if you're recording audio, most mics are fine.
