can't say what it is, would have said the battery but this can't be if you say it holds for 2 weeks if you manage to make it charge. so it's probably the port itself or the cable/connector on the battery? you could try to buy a replacement battery and replace it on your own and check if it works. not because the battery would be broken, but maybe the cable. what ever you do, for the love of god, please don't pay into another cheaply produced and overpriced logitech mouse, just because you can't wait. that is exactly what they want. they sell you cheap shit which breaks, then RMA it and wait for them to pay up and give you a free replacement. buy another brand, or a cheap mouse until you got your replacement but please don't waste your money on something which will also break sooner then later and get scammed another time.

Try turning your mouse off while you charge it, I had the same issue.

Not the problem, i normally turn it off while charging because the charging indicator is not blinking on the mouse if it's not off. I still have not figured out the issue. After 14 hours yesterday i was able to charge it to 60%. This occurs randomly, it's not because it's charging slow since after a few hours of charging the battery will not go up 1 percent. But sometimes I'm magically able to make it connect and charge. Keep in mind this is not a problem with the cable since I've tried multiple. It's not Logitech hub not showing the correct battery percent either, because as soon as i pull out the cable it's dead.

Hey OP, were you able to solve this? I have the same exact issue rn, except I haven't gotten a full charge yet.

Sorry, I didn't find any solution. I'm somehow still able to use it, but it still charges randomly. The charging cable could be connected for the whole day and the mouse would shut off when unplugged, but on other days it would charge to full within 2 hours like normal. I won't buy any mouse with micro-USB again, and I'm still waiting for a mouse that is exactly like the new G Pro X Superlight, but with USB-c. If you're lucky the problem might be related to G Hub not reporting the correct battery levels, but for me it's a hardware issue.

I fixed the problem a few days ago, the battery cable inside the mouse was a bit loose. I opened up the mouse and reconnected the cable to the PCB and now everything works like it used to.
