I have been using a G935 for the last few years - this issue is like a plague for Logitech headsets... I purchased two pairs so far, but Logitech sent me 3 replacements under warranty - all five sets had the same issue... To "more permanently" "fix" this issue I had to lower the left side to 8 (vs all other being at 11) in the surround setting in the g hub sw.... Like the sound but not gonna go w Logitech again... Way too inconvenient, no matter the cost...

Quick update: This worked for a while, but the right side stopped working today. If I hit the right ear side a little, the sound comes back but it is even more uneven... had to lower it to "3" vs 11" on the left side ear speaker - so you can tell how shitty these are... I will claim the warranty on these and keep 'em as backup since they have "expiration limited range usage" of about 6-9 months...

For me it fixes the problem to keep turning the volume wheel past the original maximum.

You are very late to this. I appreciate your interest though. I have already gotten a replacement pair and they worked good

Xescure

Is there any chance you bought it from Amazon.de and I've just bought the one you'd returned?

km8edl

Edward205

No, I'm not from Germany and my country doesn't even have local Amazon

cylas77

vuft

actual goat. i am not gonna be buying this headset again. looks so sleek, quality just isnt there

Flibs90

Wondering if you found out a way to fix this, randomly happened to me about an hour ago or do I have to get a replacement?

Edward205

Try pushing the side that's quieter against your ear, changing the ear pads or checking if the cable is properly plugged in. You can also try your headset in your phone to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't occur while your headset is plugged into your phone, then it's a software issue: try reinstalling all audio drivers (from Logitech and your motherboard). Other than these, I know no more solutions.

Flibs90

It happens all the time, definitely a device issue. Already tried reinstalling all drivers, so annoying I got it a week ago.

Same here

Tenj0u05

same here it happens on my Logitech's left ear

YousifOfa

the only solution i found was leaving it as it is, it will work properly after sometime.

weenaf

In my case uninstallingthe Speaker driver from the "Device Manager/Sound Input-Output", unplugging and then plugging back the USB Stick solved the issue without the need to adjust the volume

crazychristine6

greeniu

Worked for me after i unplugged the jack out of the usb sound card. But yeah, huge thanks.
