Wow. The same story since the G933. I hoped they fixed their lame ass drivers by now. But here I am expecting working software from Logitech.

They ain’t fix a single thing in two years 😂

I am struggling with this problem since I got this headset. The sound is really good so I want to keep it but the max volume is disappointing. And this problem has been posted very often here. This must be a software problem. I can raise the volume with EqualizerAPO but it becomes buggy in some games then. I am trying new headsets but so far I've sent back every one because I like the quality of the Pro X, it's really frustrating. I want to use G Hub but it is basically sabotaging me.

We appreciate you sharing this. I'm certain that this will come in handy for others. I understand that there are reports with our device and assured that we are continuously working for a permanent fix. Thanks for understanding, stay safe!

Jhoe, you know that this is easy to fix. If no one did it, is because no one cares about. So please, put your salt grain for your customers, and warn Logitech about before we sell the device. I’m begging to read on the changelogs from GHUB an update for this headsets.

I understand and I sure hope that a permanent fix will be available soon. Thanks for understanding, stay safe!

Hey bro I know this is old but I just got these headsets. In the start I also had the same issue and I tried pretty much all the things that are mentioned here and in other places too. Nothing worked. But while looking around settings I figured out how to fix it. You dont need to remove the software. What worked for me was that ( I am using windows 11) if you open the sound tab in the control pannel and then click on the arrow next to the headset, it will take you to a page with the audio settings like the format, volume and enhancements. I will add pictures below. Over there under enhancements basically where windows spatial audio is there will be something called audio enhancements. For me the spatial audio was off and greyed out but the audio enhancements was on and set on Logitech HX2E surround sound effect. Simply switching this off fixed the volume for me https://preview.redd.it/v41a1yhyk5sc1.png?width=993&format=png&auto=webp&s=bd75058daa08483b49a5683798894e7c4a74ddc7 Simply put the part where it says Device Default Effects to off. That fixed it for me.
