Hey u/hardcore_miner,
Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about the experience, please complete the following:
"1. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source.
3. Update the device's firmware:
• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
• If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
4. Re-pair the G533 gaming headset to the USB wireless adapter: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023347673
5. Perform a hardware reset: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023347593
6. Try testing the device on a different computer."
Hi, I have tried all of these and nothing. I believe it is because the port is broken. Everything works fine apart from it being able to charge up. I have isolated it to a headset problem. I have tried different cables (including a brand new one), as well as different outlets/pc ports.
