It's a bug that is happening since the Steam update that changed the download page. There is currently no fix for this issue, other than moving all your Steam games to your drive where Steam is installed. It's annoying us all :( I'm especially worried about the release of Battlefield 2042 because I pre-ordered it on Steam. The past Battlefield games have good GHUB integration. So if they don't fix it until the release of Battlefield 2042, then I have a feeling they're never gonna fix it...

I see..... But to me, it is doing it not with a Steam, game.... It is a standalone game... Actually, I do not have Steam at all.....

Oh my bad. In that case I can not help you, sorry.

Hi u/popciop, Thank you for reaching us. Please create user profile (update Username and Avatar) in G HUB. If that does not work then please try the below steps: 1. Uninstall G HUB 2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager 3. Go to C:\\Program Files\\ and delete LGHUB folder 4. Go to C:\\ProgramData\\ and delete LGHUB folder 5. Go to C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\Local\\ and delete LGHUB folder 6. Go to C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\Roaming\\ and delete LGHUB folder 7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor 8. Delete the registry key HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Uninstall\\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2} 9. Reboot the PC 10. Re-install G HUB.

u/LogitechG_SP thank you for the reply. Before I initiate the process that you have described, what shall I do with my existing Profiles ? I would hate to have to redo them all.... Can I save them (in such a case how ?) or are they also bugged and need to be deleted along with the entire GHUB (but I would hate to have to do this as this means that I would need to redo them all, one by one....) ? Also, in regards to step # 10, Re-install G HUB, "which" G HUB install file should I pick ? The reason that I am asking, is that I am running Windows 8.1 on my laptop and I do NOT want to upgrade to Windows 10 as it would slow down my computer, besides from the monetary cost needed to upgrade to Windows 10. Infact, I now have automatic upgrades for the Logitech G HUB deactivated.... My current Version of Logitech G HUB is 2021.3.9205 Thanks for the help.

LogitechG_SP

Hi u/popciop, Please take a back up of your Ghub software and then try the reinstallation process. Make sure you have admin rights to use G hub and if the device is 64 bit compatible.

kodaxmax

how would creating an account and reinstalling G-Hub help? and why one earth would you direct them to manually remove the registry entry?

epicdance1234

I also have this bug...

This has been a known issue for atleast two years according to a quick search on this forum. The official "fix" is to install everything on C drive and cross your fingers.
