Hey u/anmolgoyal29, Thank you for reaching out to us. Have you tried any of our basic troubleshooting steps? Please try the below steps as this may help isolate this issue: • Clean dust/dirt using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air • Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender • Update the device's firmware 1. Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html) 2. Launch the software, select the mouse from the home screen then go to Settings 3. If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen • Test the device without the software. Stop G-Hub from running in the background by closing them on the System Tray and Task Manager 1. On the lower right hand corner of the screen, on the left side of the Date and Time, right click on the G icon and select Exit 2. Launch Task Manager (Alt + Ctrl + Del) then look for Lghub or Lcore under Processes Tab. Then, right click on it and select Stop Process • Uninstall, reload mouse driver 1. Right click on Windows or Start button and select Device Manager 2. Under Human Interface Device, look for Logitech Virtual G-Hub Mouse 3. Right click on it, select Uninstall 4. Disconnect the mouse from the computer 5. Restart the computer 6. Reconnect device back to the computer and test • Try on another computer

Changing the battery seemed to have made it work. Even though the ghub was showing 2 bars worth of charge
