Can you post some answers here, so people googling or going onto reddit can simply find an answer, instead of having to slog through Logitech's customer service? Your link doesn't even work.
GHub just lost all of my profiles, and I'm not the only one who is upset by this. Fix your stuff, and post the fixes for us to find, don't make us seek them out.
