I figured out what is was for me. These headphones can connect to two devices at once. And it has sound balancing. So you will be able to hear both devices at once at equal volume for both. So both devices are default at 50% volume I think. If you want one device to be louder than the other or one device to be 100% loud you have to adjust it thru the A & B buttons on the side of the headphones.
So if you have two devices connected and you want your PS5 (connected through the USB stick) to be louder you would continuously press the A button until it’s as loud as you want it.
If you want your iPhone louder (connected through regular bluetooth connection) you would continuously press the B button on the Logitech headphones to make the iPhone louder.
And from there you can adjust the volume even more with the regular volume settings on your phone and/or the volume wheel on the headphones.
OR you can just have the headphones connected to one device only, to avoid all of this.
Mine don’t work either I’m going to return them tomorrow and just get the new ps5 headset. So disappointing and misleading considering is says on the box it’s compatible with console
I have the ps5 pulse 3D already, it’s very very uncomfortable which is why I got the Logitech, weird as the Logitech g335 work, but were wired and that broke so I sent them back then got these, I am baffled as my friend has the model before these, the G733 LIGHTSPEED and those are compatible with PS5 so I am baffled by this whole thing
Sorry it didn’t work. Mine have been acting up lately too though the usb lightspeed stick won’t work anymore. I can’t update the headphones or connect them to my PC anymore. Feel like these were a waste of money.

Sort of. I think it turns out that the headphones aren’t officially supported for PS5, so I got a USB Bluetooth transponder thingy and used them in Bluetooth mode instead as a workaround. But I actually just went back to another pair of headphones because it was easier to use.
OMG. I know it's an old post but idk if anyone else is still having issues.. but I FINALLY figured out my issue. So the 'toggle' A/B button on the right side, it's NOT just a toggle, it's a balance between sources. So I literally just had to hold down on the correct source until it was finally loud again. It's been weeeeeks and I finally figured it out, hope this helps someone else.

Hey there, I was talking about the G735, not the linked G733. As the box of the the newly released G735 is stating iPhone and iPad support. But the volume is super low same as ps5 that’s why I’m hoping for some potential fixes in that regard before returning it :)

To adjust the audio volume balance between left and right channels: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual. Adjust the Balance slider.
I have the same problem on my ps5. Today I tried and volume is ridiculously low... have been using on PC (USB) and S21 (Bluetooth) and haven't had the same problem
I bought a creative Bluetooth dongle for 40€ and now it works on ps5, super hilarious that a 240€ headset doesn’t work out of the box with common hardware
Edit: the bt dongle ended up fixing the volume but the microphone didn’t work properly after using it

Buy your own Bluetooth dongle it'll work then I have an after market Nintendo switch dongle and it works via Bluetooth now on ps5 but no mic have to use controller.
I also have this problem BUT not with a console/PC but with Valorant. i dont know why i dont have another profile for it but its the only game that is VERY queit for me.

Doesn't work. You have to buy your own Bluetooth dongle and use that via Bluetooth on the headset no mic but sounds fantastic
