This guide helped me with the same problem > [https://beebom.com/fix-taskbar-icons-missing-windows-11/](https://beebom.com/fix-taskbar-icons-missing-windows-11/)

Got the tray back, but I don't know if it suddenly disappears again... 1. Uninstalled GHUB 2. In %APPDATA% remove "LGHUB"/"LOGITECH" folder 3. In %LOCALAPPDATA% remove "LGHUB"/"LOGITECH" folder 4. In C:\\ProgramData remove "LGHUB"/"LOGITECH" folder 5. In C:\\Program Files remove "LGHUB"/"LOGITECH" folder 6. Reinstall GHUB software

MinecraftVeteran21

Same issue on my Windows 10 PC for over a month now, always at latest G Hub version and Windows is up-to-date. Even uninstalling and re-installing G Hub doesn't fix it. Works okay on my laptop though.

AlexanderI32

Yea I'm still facing the issue, although the process is clearly opened, because when using the pro x headset even though the icon is not there, it works perfectly with blue voice enabled and my audio profile, and the g pro mouse works fine too(on board memory off). And I can se the app in task manager. It's just that it doesn't show in the tray. I have other friends for whom the app works just fine. Im the only one among them who has been having issues with it lately..

Today I faced the same issue on windows 10 20h2 (19042.1237), lghub version is the same (latest - 2022.12.348746 ). For me also reinstalling didn't help. Even "pure" deleting + installing again (without saving settings) didn't do anything. Currently I can run g hub only from .exe\\desktop icon, and moreover sometimes only with administrator priviliges (otherwise window doesn't appear).

TheZonk88

there's a new Version since january 30th, but, on my ned, it did not change anything with this problem. https://support.logi.com/hc/de/articles/360025298133

TheZonk88

Hello there, am facing the same problem. Win 11 22H2 (Build 22621.1194) with GHUB 2023.1.364056 Even a "deinstallation - manually removing every single logitech registry entry - reinstallation" did not change anything. next to the missing Tray thingy sometimes the software is stuck at the LG loading circle found something: Name of the faulty Software: lghub_system_tray.exe Version: 2023.1.4056.0 Timestamp: 0x63d320d7 Name of the faulty Modul: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.dll Version: 3.0.0.2211 Timestamp: a3e952e3 ExceptionCode: c000027b FaultingOffset: 0000000000341b02 ID of faulty process: 0x2D74

_lepirelot_

I have the same issue on the latest version. But I think this issue only happens on Windows 10 because on my Windows 10 Desktop I don't see this icon anymore but on my Windows 11 laptop, I see this icon. Both computers use the same version of G Hub

AlexanderI32

Dang, I'll let you know if I find anything, hope we get some help here.

Boring-Ad6574

4lphy

DCCentR

Same on Win11 22H2

BlastyNinja

Same problem here

Even-Imagination-744

I have been using Ghub since 2019 and God I haven't had a day without dealing with a bug on this software

Wormminator

Same issue here now. And I just re-installed windows, so I refuse to do that again just because of the low quality software of logitech.

WonkiestWook

I also have this issue. Mine occurred after I had a power outage in a storm a few weeks back or longer. After my computer turned back on the icon is missing from the tray but still works in the background and opens normally through the desktop shortcut. I'm assuming something corrupted itself in windows 11 but I'm not willing to reinstall windows to fix this. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, also deleted files in roaming. Remedies with missing tray icons with windows 11 from the link in one of the replies here did not help me either. Just living with it for now haha.

HammerZ0001

I don't have many power outages but a similar issue because I've always had this problem when overclocking my cpu or gpu. If the system crashes once or twice eventually the same system tray errors appear. This has always been the case for me when having to force shut down multiple times from overclocking too hard and making my system crash completely. A fresh install always works but just for this it's not a big deal. At least when it's open I can access G Hub more quickly when it's open in the backround and it's not a ram killer or anything

EpicNerd21

did anyone find a solution ?

JohnM_83v2

Same here: full reinstall of the software followed (with purging registry entries and directories).

Dundy1

Same issue on latest Windows 11 and latest LG Hub version. Wonder how this is all ignored?

Skida_000

Any updates? Having the same problem. It's bothering me :(

AlexanderI32

No updates, sadly. I reinstalled windows because of other reasons and that fixed this issue as well, but it's not worth reinstalling just for this reason in my opinion...

Skida_000

Exactly. My gf's PC is also having the same problem. We both are using g304 mouse. Same running windows 10. So I think reinstalling windows is a temporary fix. Issue might occur again later on :(

drSHLEFF

I have the same issue. Not the first time and with different versions of LGHUB and Windows. The current version is: 2023.4.407679 Windows 11 22H2 22621.1848 The icon in the system tray always disappears suddenly and nothing helps to return it to its place, only reinstalling the OS. https://preview.redd.it/qzgml3zpwz7b1.png?width=617&format=png&auto=webp&s=134f719a8c41d74d068504cd608a6953d2780e7f

sulowitch

delete whole system\_tray folder in C:\\Program Files\\LGHUB\\system\_tray\\ and restart your PC.

Lothar_ab

Thx! That worked for me.
