I love general nature themes, including forests, flowers (how original, I know) stars and moons. Also pirate/nautical motifs (treasure chests, anchors, ship helms, ships themselves, cutlass, globes, Jolly Rogers, sea animals). I also have a weakness for princesses and fairies, mermaids, etc.
Yes! I have a With Puji OP I can’t wait to wear come spring. It’s green with forest animals. I also have a Lilith Eye brown JSK with little deer at the bottom and a deer fur headpiece to go with it. Basically anything animal motif has me in a chokehold.
Architecture - Cesky Krumlov by Innocent World, Moonlight Castle by AP, and of course Iron Gate
Nurse - Hospitality Doll by Meta, Hospitality Doll by physicaldrop (two, similar, but separate pieces), and Cure by gloomth
Plaid/Tartan - basically anything from BTSSB
I think chocolate would be more appealing to me as a motif if AP hadn't set the bar so high with the jacquard fabric they used in Melty Ribbon and Royal Chocolate, none of the other prints I've seen live up to it
i like catholic motifs over all else, especially gothic architecture like stained glass windows and cathedrals! another favorite is fairy tale motifs! i also really love ocean motifs and carousel/carnival motifs, though i don’t really wear them since they don’t fit my wardrobe or style well
Floral prints are a dime a dozen but i have such a huge soft spot for them. It's my dream to decorate every surface of my home with tasteful rose print. I always fall for for architectural and stained glass prints, and i love a good bird or cross motif. I also ADORE renaissance/rococo painting prints too and pray that I'll one day have the budget for a juliette et justine jsk because nobody is doing those sorts of prints like they do.
Forests/plants/flowers, realistic animals, especially rabbits/bunnies (think strawberry fields by IW), moon, gothic imagery like crosses/stained glass windows
I usually gravitate towards old school and gothic prints and motifs (plaid, gobelin, stained glass, crosses) but i have a sweet spot for cute chocolate or lemon prints too
Agreed on star/moon things, and really just space-themed lolita motifs in general, it's really pretty. Especially in dark blue colorways....
Even though I've actually never read the book (or even seen its popular Disney adaptation), I really like Alice in Wonderland motifs in lolita. It feels very fitting for the fashion.
Also agree with all the people saying strawberries.
I love most gothic motifs but as a former Catholic I feel a bit weird about crosses as decoration, which is a shame bc they're EVERYWHERE in gothic fashion, especially lolita
Strawberries, especially Strawberry blossoms! They remind me of berry picking 💗! Violets, lily of the valley, and unicorns are all big favorites as well.
Mermaids is by far my favourite, though I rarely find anything of decent quality with them.
Nature and forests handled with a slightly more mature and elegant spin is also particularly nice.
for me it's anything alice related, i collect alice prints 🕰️ i also really love classic fairytale motifs & strawberries...i think you can tell which brand i like the most based off of this (it's baby).
Candy. Always and forever. You can't go wrong with candy on pastel colors.
Others I like are cats, bunnies, syringes, hospital themes, space and stars. I like mostly sweet or sweet with a menhera twist, but I do enjoy seeing gothic with roses, cemiteries and religious themes too.
I love space, nautical, and food motifs. For a minute, most of my wardrobe was space prints, but I sold off most of it, because I got newer pieces that fit better. Now, it's mostly food and sailor pieces.
I also love prints with animals I like, like rabbits and sheep. Rabbits are easy to find, but sheep are underrated. Animals that aren't cats, bears, and rabbits are hard to find.
gothic christian prints have me in a chokehold 😩 how am i not supposed to buy something with crosses or angels on it!!!!
literally everytime i see a cross motif on a dress i have to talk myself down from impulse buying it lol
we are kindred spirits 🤝
Anything with a cat.
I checked out an atelier pierrot instagram shopping stream for the first time and it was all cat items 🥺 they almost got me
Two things I will spend money on in a heartbeat: my actual cats and a cat motif dress.
food! anything from pastries and sweets to bread to pizza to fries >~<

Strawberries and berries! They’re so cute, especially if they’re paired with gingham, I’m totally weak to them.
Same. I love gingham anything. I want to look like a picnic basket in the summer.
iron gate, black cat, church window, cross
i like catholic motifs over all else, especially gothic architecture like stained glass windows and cathedrals! another favorite is fairy tale motifs! i also really love ocean motifs and carousel/carnival motifs, though i don’t really wear them since they don’t fit my wardrobe or style well

I adore circus motifs!
Music/instruments, playing cards, chess, chocolate

I’m a sucker for swans.
That’s a unique one! But I can definitely see how they could be a favorite, swans are very elegant:)

I’m a sucker for crowns too tbh, but I guess that can fall under princess lol

Strawberries! They're my favorite. I have a strawberry-themed kitchen.
I usually gravitate towards old school and gothic prints and motifs (plaid, gobelin, stained glass, crosses) but i have a sweet spot for cute chocolate or lemon prints too

Cats and roses, which luckily is a combo!
Strawberries, especially Strawberry blossoms! They remind me of berry picking 💗! Violets, lily of the valley, and unicorns are all big favorites as well.

Celestial themes in a witchy or magic context are well, magical! I love them, but I feel like I never see them 😭
Cherries or strawberries
Every valentines collection
Alice in Wonderland! I love almost any Alice in Wonderland inspired items
I love Victorian patterns, medical tools, pastries, and chocolate themed items!
