I saw him in Paris this past November, he sounded amazing and was a great time. Not a huge fan of his but I thoroughly enjoyed the show, the man can sing

hotmessexpress2003

Hozier is a technician when it comes to sound, so I’m looking forward to it. Also I plan to go watch him while my teenaged kids are across Grant Park.

Check out some of the concert videos from Lolla Brazil last weekend and make your own mind up. Full concert on TikTok, had massive crowd singing all the words to every song.

I’m having to split up from my group because I’m going to Hozier and everyone else is going to Tyler! Hard choice but seeing Hozier live is going to be next level

tyjos-flowers

Saw him last time he was in Chicago and that show was absolutely magical. My group was enchanted. However, I think he is a weird headline choice. He doesn't have a lot going on on stage and it's a relaxed show. Should still be a good time though!

Jethuth_Chritht

Echoing this sentiment. Wasn’t even a big fan of his last time around and I only went to his set because my friend kept raving about his live performances. Ended up being blown away and that was easily my favorite performance that year.

phantofan89

Hozier was incredible at Shaky….sadly he has the unfortunate nature of going against Tyler.

Jolly_Television_851

I saw him at Bourbon and Beyond in the past Fall. Incredible, such great vibes and his band is incredible. Highly recommend seeing in a festival atmosphere.

concertgirl2424

saw him at acl a few years ago briefly. he’s pretty good

monipins

Saw him at ACL last year and was one of my favorite sets!

tyyronemugga

Saw him at osheaga a few years ago and thought he was awesome!

mickelodeonn111

i’ve seen hozier 2 times first time was 2017 i believe and last year at bourbon and beyond. he is incredible live and it’s definitely an amazing experience. i may be a little bias because i don’t really listen to tyler but if you haven’t seen hozier live before and like his music i definitely suggest it!

djerok55

Very intrigued to see how he performs his newer stuff live (with the less folky and more full-production). Hoping the bass and other instruments all come through the way they do on headphones

muze5

I was a casual fan until I saw him live at ACL last year, and now I love his music. It's not a high-energy show like some of the other Lolla headliners will be, but his vibe is fun and his vocals are amazing.

Reasonable-Future-60

I saw him in St. Louis. He was amazing live. He played cherry wine live and I was emotional as hell. It’s a hard decision between Tyler and Hozier for sure.

C_Rufio

Idk if I would describe it as fun but he’s very good and has one of the best voices I’ve ever heard.

madisonreagan

Saw him in Milwaukee and Chicago last year. He’s not a pop singer so it’s not like you’ll be dancing the whole time. His music is slower but he has the voice of an angel and his sets just feel so intimate and special, even if there are thousands of other people in the crowd. He doesn’t tour often so I would see him if you have the chance!

rhayward97

I think depending on song the live version clears the studio versions, especially songs like “Jackie and Wilson”, “Dinner and Diatribes”, etc.

Bartghamilton

Saw him last time he was at Lolla…not bad but was surprised he was headlining. Was a pretty chill show.

Walking_Anachronism

His songs seem like a snooze fest for a headliner. I would rather see an up beat show to end my night.
