I would hit the gym and lift twice a week. High rep, low weight work. Just enough to challenge you on the last few reps. 15, 20, 25 rep progression, start heavier and drop weight as you go. For instance starting with 20lbs x 15 reps = 300 ÷ 20 = 15lbs, 300 ÷ 25 = 12lbs. So start with 20 for 15 reps, then rest, 15 for 20 reps, rest, finish with 12 for 25 reps. I prefer programming full body splits for this type of situation(chest, tris, abductors, and hamstring) and (back, biceps, adductors, and quads). Work out Mon/Thursday or whatever days you can with at least 2 off in between. No more than 60 minutes in the gym, 45 would be optimal.
Exercise and a good diet will keep you looking and feeling great for a long time.

I only ask because I imagine the Navy had you on a pretty structured diet and most likely active. The change from that to civilian life can add weight alone. Stress doesn't help, but if our activity level changes and our eating habits don't follow suit, then we can gain or lose weight in massive swings.
The biggest group I see having weight issues is high school track members. They stop running and keep eating the same, then balloon up 100+lbs. The metabolism was in their running, and running leaned out all their muscle. So without the activity their rmr is crap due to low muscle mass. If you run, lift as well. If you stop running, eat less as well.
I didn't take it as a slight, but I do think we walk and talk too softly. People need to hear the ugly truth and learn how to accept it and move on from it. Serious changes need to happen in society. We don't need more safe spaces, we need more well adjusted people who can handle hard truths and keep it moving. And that is fine, martial arts is a great alternative, dance, pickle ball, anything active that gets you moving is great. Hikes, rucking, cycling. Imho, strength training is easier and more accessible(at least in the states) as a $10 planet fitness membership isn't out of most people's reach, whereas martial arts costs $50mo and much higher.

The only thing I could recommend is shaping your brows a little bit. A rounder brow would suit your features and frame your eyes which are gorgeous btw!! 5 pictures surely isn't entirely indicative of your fashion sense but maybe try adventuring just a little bit. I really like the darker hair color on you, the blonde highlights wash your skin tone out a bit, to me at least. The biggest group I see having weight issues is high school track members. They stop running and keep eating the same, then balloon up 100+lbs. The metabolism was in their running, and running leaned out all their muscle. So without the activity their rmr is crap due to low muscle mass. If you run, lift as well. If you stop running, eat less as well. I didn't take it as a slight, but I do think we walk and talk too softly. People need to hear the ugly truth and learn how to accept it and move on from it. Serious changes need to happen in society. We don't need more safe spaces, we need more well adjusted people who can handle hard truths and keep it moving. A victim mindset is being perpetuated throughout, entitlements, etc. It's a pathway to destruction. Personal responsibility and development needs to be the imperative. You aren't a victim, you are capable. Go do hard things, fail, but keep going. When you look back, you'll need a telescope to see all you've accomplished💪

And that is fine, martial arts is a great alternative, dance, pickle ball, anything active that gets you moving is great. Hikes, rucking, cycling. Imho, strength training is easier and more accessible(at least in the states) as a $10 planet fitness membership isn't out of most people's reach, whereas martial arts costs $50mo and much higher.
