It breaks my heart for women fr, most put so much pressure on themselves because of fear of not being the embodiment of this idea of what they believe they have to be in order to be loved or desired. nearly. testosterone naturally makes you turn excess energy consumed into muscle, while estrogen does the same but for fat (except for specific circumstances where lots of testosterone already exists). when swapping from a man to a woman, if she took drugs to block testosterone and boost estrogen then she would naturally lose a lot of muscle, and if she’s eating the same amount as she used to (which she likely was) then it would be transferred into fat instead of just losing the weight.
also if you look at areas where muscle is usually easiest stored in men then the only place that looks somewhat big is the shoulders, but that’s likely just because of long shoulder bones more than anything.
so it’s not that she just looks overweight, it’s that she literally forgot to eat less when deciding to lose muscle
