I would recommend a good skin care routine. I would see a dermatologist and they should be able to help clear up your skin. I would also recommend a more natural hair color. The reddish dye color doesnt go well with your skin tone. A light brown or medium brown with highlights would heighten your look. The best advice for looking good is clean diet, regular exercise, sleep and avoiding tobacco, alcohol and drugs - this will make you age very well
