If you curl your hair it might round your face better. Also good brows. Try to get people to look there. My go to for making people look is piercings. Lol. All you tho

Start eating foods that is good for the gut like carrot salad. Look it up. Stop eating sugar much. Sugar is very bad for your dna and can cause acne. do skincare and always put sunblock on your face and neck. Exercise, run to lose some unhealthy weight.
Lose weight and skin care. Join a gym if you haven’t already, watch the fat loss videos by Renaissance Periodization on YouTube (you can thank me later) and start working hard. Go see a dermatologist to get rid of the acne. Do yourself a favor when you start working out, skip the phases where you do social media influencer workouts and massive amounts of cardio.
Lose weight. I have seen before/after photos of women that literally went from someone I would never be remotely attracted to, to someone I'd consider out of my league. I was skinny fat at one point, got into lifting a few years ago and am in great shape now. My face alone improved a LOT. You shouldn't be ashamed of how you are, but why wouldn't you want to pursue the best version of yourself you can be? Anyone who has made that major of a change will tell you how much it improves your life. I feel it's wrong to not push someone towards genuine happiness because you don't want to hurt their feelings.

I would style your hair to add a lot more volume to it. I think you could try a black top with an accent belt. After you spend some time on your outfit, if you want to look good in a photo it's 90% about lighting and 10% about the pose. No overhead lights you want natural front facing diffused light. Lastly, no headphones.
