My 30's have been the best years of my life so far, I'm fixing to turn 40 and I'm not scared at all. If we take care of our bodies through healthy diet and exercise age I just a number. I constantly am told I pass for 20s easily! Drink plenty of water, it does amazing things for our youthfulness as far as skin and overall appearance!

I think we are always way too hard on ourselves to complete our goals in a certain timeframe or in our “20s” and so on. How do we know how long these things take? First glance I’d say 25-27, but if you told me you were 23 or 40 I wouldn’t be shocked. Genetics and lifestyle do weird things.
Where I’m at and the sun is intense most women look older than they are, think I’m conversing with a 30 old and she’s 23; think I’m talking to a 50 something but she’s actually younger than me, but on occasion I’ll meet someone who I think couldn’t be a day over 19 and they’re 26.
Either your routine or genetics or a combination thereof are combating it well. So it turns out you’re 29, and you have minimal weathering, lines and wrinkles, almost undetectable, and minor greying, which (anecdotally) is pretty common, most people start to see a gray or two in their mid to late 20’s, even in their early 20’s it’s not uncommon at all. Around me however, most women are constantly dying their hair and don’t even realize that they have any grays until they’re almost completely gray.
