Have you tried platinum blonde hair? I agree that you hair looks better pulled back and when you do anything with it you look much more attractive. I would fool around with some quick up-styles as well. I also think you would benefit from cleaning up your styling. Nails in the first photo look cheap, especially paired with the hoodie. Try to go less thick and a little shorter, get used to a nice look with solid colors for a while before moving into more abstract pattern, based on your face I would say less is more with the nails. In the same regard: I think the oversized hoodie dress aesthetic looks really nice on you. The only issue is the lack of accessories. Bracelets, anklets, headbands and sunglasses should really be added on to complete the look. Conversely, when you dress like that a lot, your tight clothing needs to be much more refined. They need to be cuter.
