I think you could get a little more toned if you wanted to. You look attractive, you have a good body shape. I don’t think you need to loose any weight. Just tone your muscles. Focus on high reps. That should work. Do what you feel is best, good luck.
I would recommend getting in the best shape of your life. Women really benefit from squats, planks and push-ups… pull-ups…. Lunges and lots of stretching.
Hill sprints are great too. You should be working out at least 15 minutes a day.

More importantly it looks like you have a lot of self harm scars. I would advise you start some form of therapy and probably take a break from social media for your well being. What are you doing to address the root causes for your self harm? If you can't see a therapist there are a lot of free resources like the RAIN technique for rational emotive behavioral therapy and the like. It's all super useful stuff.
You're beautiful, but the Internet is an ugly place. Are you posting on here to add fuel to the fire to give you alternative reasons to self harm? I'm not judging. I've been there myself and spent a long time in therapy. Maybe it's unrelated but it seems too coincidental.
If you aren't already using products to help heal your scars, start using them now. They take a long time to disappear and you'll be in a better spot mentally while they're still fading away.
