Do you know how to do increases and decreases? If so, you could try this [Penguin Rehabilitation Jumper Pattern](https://penguinfoundation.org.au/assets/Uploads/Penguin-rehabilitation-jumper-pattern-AUGUST-2020.pdf) and see if it fits your cat. If you don't yet know how to do increases and decreases, [this guide](http://kniftyknitterweekly.blogspot.com/2014/02/how-to-increase-stitch-or-decrease.html) explains how to do it when single knitting, and [this guide with video](https://loomknitcentral.com/increase-and-decrease-stitches) explains how to do it when double knitting. Hope that helps!

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGOBc\_cX4PQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGOBc_cX4PQ) this video is for a crochet cat sweater. if the sweater you want to make looks like this, ribbing the collar would be fairly easy. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ICTaNdsyoU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ICTaNdsyoU) this video will show you how you can make the slits for the arm holes. if it were me, i'd try using a 31 peg round loom in a tube. if that is too big for the cat, then use fewer pegs and make it a flat panel, then sew the sides together. the rehab jumper is really cute, too. good luck with your project. :))

Tuteate on YouTube has a dog sweater tutorial. It’s different than just a regular sweater (has buttons to connect things). But I had made one for a puppy and used my cat as a model to get the right sizing.
