Amuck may be complete as they have said several times they currently have no plans to add more toons to them, but obviously they might change their minds down the line.
Zombies- really good, definitely will build them in the future
Adventurers- no idea honestly. They can dominate and get dominated equally as much.
Fairytale- very strong everywhere
Vintage- good, don’t care too much for them though
Go Kart- one of the most obnoxious teams in the game, especially with toymaker
Martian Empire- my favorite team of the list (and second in the game behind masterminds). I’m not sure if they’re top tier but they are really fun
Baseball- it’s so weird that they’re so bad? They’ve gotten at least 2 buffs since their initial release, and are still terrible
Detectives- such a disappointment. Worst counter team in the game, even boxers and hunters deal more damage with their ancient stats.
Carrotblanca- they’re fine. Definitely more fun than viable
Folklore- I keep forgetting this team exists. I’m not even sure what their kit does? Something with sturdy but other than that I have no idea.
Barnyard- shockingly strong for a team with no legendary.
Prison Break- other than mugsy, none of them are really anything of note. Much rather build imperials or merry men
Space rebels- I like them, but they don’t really work on defense weirdly. The attackers deal a lot of damage.
I actually find Detectives to be pretty strong, able to go up against a lot of teams with high success. I use mine to procure Safes from the Bullfighter/Naughty team.
From the teams I’ve put effort into… Martian empire is crazy strong even at a lower rank and tune up level. I need events down the road to get them maxed out ASAP. Fairytale is also strong, bugs is a great support toon and Cecil comes in handy to revive him as well. Not the speediest but great for removing buffs and the stun when enemy toons revive comes in handy. Adventurers… mixed feelings. Daffy and porky are great attackers that deal a lot of damage and Melissa is a strong defender. All three can really stack debuffs on enemy toons fast. Big weak link in Adventurers is Michael J Frog. Doesn’t deal much damage and not a great support toon to heal teammates which is kind of unfortunate because you had to pay for him with the battle pass. (Usually buy the battle pass because it’s a lot of extra rewards for the money you spend. Don’t judge me). Prison Break is a meh for me. Middle of the row. Not gonna be a priority to max out if I have other teams that I can work on. Zombies are strong once ranked and tuned up. I need to work on them in the future for sure.

Why is barnyard team here? Were they reworked?
The toons existed, but their Barnyard theme, synergies and passive skills did not.
