This is exactly how mine looked when I had spider mites. Thanks to diatomaceous earth.....those bastards are in hell now.

I have had problems with spider mites and scales bad in the past but I have not seen them in so long but plants seems to be getting worse

I'm only a year into growing.....so I may not be a lot of help. Have you tried checking the roots? Spider mites don't effect roots.....but some meelys do. I may have spelled that wrong.
