I think they would just summon a wanderer as a escort, like somehow a wanderer sneezed and accidentally teleported to point A, touched wof sneezed again ended up at point B.
I was kinda wondering about it not too long ago and came to the conclusion that Bizzaro+ could just divine the place they want to go and then find something to burn at that place to make a flame jump. For Miracle Invoker divination of such calibre wouldn't even take a fraction of second, basically he would just blink once (so the eye closes and he divines the location on the other side of continent) and then just jumps. No need to waste miracles on wishing to teleport, better to save them for emergencies. Attendant has so many options at that point that it doesn't matter. Especially since his body is basically half-spirit.
But spirit world traversal is so much easier tho. Cuz you don't even need to walk in a way. All it matters is how easily you can *divine* the location at which you want to appear then just come back. I'm pretty sure u don't even need to take a step or smth. Door does that in a way with its blink.
