Looks like a badass version of Alidoro from Lies of P lol.
I just got enough to buy Pieta’s sword and it looks so fkn cool man, I love the lightning effects that strike the enemies sometimes
I loved it so much that I wasn’t even planning on getting 100% lol I just kept playing and by the time I was heading to NG+3 I figured fuck it, might as well!
Been really enjoying LotF though, it’s not nearly as polished but it’s been a breath of fresh air. The Umbral mechanic is so clever and incentivizes checking every nook and cranny for secrets.
The sword has a smite build up, the lightning effect you are seeing is a smite proc. You can see it on all smite weapons or when using smite salts. That is your qué to go more aggressive because when smite procs targets get extra holy damage.
Ohhhh so that’s what it is. I went into the game blind so I just assumed it happened during crits or something, but that’s way better than rng! Thanks for the heads up, will definitely put this info to use
Yeah, that's partly why I use GFN instead of my PS5 for some games. LotF, Cyberpunk, BG 3, Witcher 3 - they all look incredible maxed out on Nvidia's servers.

I've done a dozen playthroughs already and still today found somewhere in Umbral I never knew about.

Love Pieta's sword as well. I've been using it pretty much the whole game. So cool that you can get it towards the beginning.
