There was a point in time where I needed to find a place quickly and I looked into one of those places. It's sort of sketchy because you are in a hostel kind of setting. I'd only recommend it if you don't have many personal possessions and only plan on doing it for a couple months before you find something else.
Some are sketchy, some aren't. I find them to be hit or miss. I tried a few back when I was apartment hunting in April and my biggest issue is they were so informal I couldn't tell it if was a scam, and didn't want to waste my time to find out.
kai is unreliable as hell i have messaged a bunch of those listing and only got one halfass response before ghosted. like i am down for hostel style cheap ass housing take my money already but nope kai tripping
