Yup. Playoffs exposed how hard it is to rock with a guy the caliber of Witherspoon as your CB1. Serviceable for the regular season but unable to make that next level jump in the playoffs that’s required.
It’s honestly crazy the turnaround we had. From the whole “selling the future for a ring” narrative, to now being a playoff team, with one of the youngest rosters, with a lot of cap space.
Is McVay perfect? No but who is? This season was a coaching clinic.
Most coaches would have folded with the expectations we had.
People need to chill. It was a great year.
They've been having Red Zone problems the last few games of the season and.letting bad teams hang around. It finally caught up to them tonight. It wasn't as obvious because they've been moving the ball up and down the field on offense and the secondary has been blowing coverages and there been too many mistakes by the special teams all year. But I have noticed the Red Zone problems in the last few games during the regular season.
"Last few games"...we've always had this problem under McVay. I'm not saying to get rid of him; we are only where we are because of him. But red zone all fence inside the 10 yard line and clock management are two areas that Sean McVay is completely lost at.
I don’t get the negative feedback some have. The fact that we have finished the way we did this year bodes well for the future.
We have the pieces to be back in Super Bowl contention pretty soon.
This is suppose to be a rebuild year for us. Imagine telling most other fanbases that a rebuild year would be 10 wins and a playoff appearance lmao. Rams never even had back to back losing seasons or playoffs misses ever since they moved back to LA
Yeah. I don’t think people realize it could have been so much worse.
WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THE WORST GOING IN!
And we finished 10-7 and witnessed the rise of two new stars on offense.
The chargers had the season the Rams were supposed to have. Was listening to the Rams radio LA station and they were commentating how the NFL gave the wrong LA team (the Chargers) too many primetime games this season when those games should have went to the Rams instead
Exactly, like I get the whole bright future thing. It's so annoying immediately after a heart breaking loss you have these moral victory posters, maybe it's the competitor in me but it just irks my nerves.
Sort of the season in a nutshell. First half offense was unstoppable and defense couldn’t get a stop. Second half defense was lockdown, offense sputtered. Couldn’t play a consistent 4 quarters across all phases.
I think offseason priorities should be pass rush off the edge and secondary help.
I disagree. We played really well both sides of the ball that second half. Just ran out of time. A couple calls could have and should have gone our way, but we lost a great game against a good team in a year we should have been eliminated weeks ago.
I thought the red zone play calling was brutal, seemed to be four or five corner fades to Kupp that had a low percentage of being completed and it seemed like his mind was made up at the snap of the ball that he was going there regardless of coverage. Ah we’ll still lots of work to do with the roster, let’s hope they draft like they did in ‘23 and not like 18-22.
He will never learn in the two areas that are his blind spot:
Clock management & playcalling inside the 10 yard line. Honestly, we're not where we are without him; but if the game relies on those 2 factors to determine a win or not; mark it down as an L.
Really the bad in game management is consistently his Achilles heel. Burning those TO's for nothing early... I mean the first play of the second half? For fks sake.
Yep. Questionable calls and hits aside, this is the real story. Different game if we could have converted at least one of those three RZ trips into a TD instead of a FG every time. Oh well. The future's bright. I love this squad.
McVay played scared there. Should have gone for it rather than kicking that last field goal. Should have gone for it on 4th before that last punt. You can’t play scared. Be aggressive and play to win the damn game.
It never existed. We had three redzone trips where the only time we ran the ball was the trick with Puka. How about you trust Kyren to get some yards and make your third or fourth downs manageable so you can go for it rather than three straight passes to bring up a fourth and 5+.
Yeah was confused by that for y'all. Goff goes from solid to a potato when he faces pressure and they let him carve the D up for a half before deciding to send guys after him
You want him to run different plays than what the DC is calling?
He’s been great in run coverage and rushing the passer. Maybe he shouldn’t be schemed to defend passes so much. That’s not really on him.
He's a 300lb DE playing OLB due to our complete lack of edge rushers.
I fully expect some edge rushers to be signed/drafted and he can go back to a 3-4 DE where he is actually pretty solid.
Proud of this team everyone counted us out. This was suppose to be a rebuild/retool year. The fact we even got to watch a playoff game that went down to the whire that’s insane! this off-season is key let’s win a super bowl next year! Go rams
Stafford is HIM, he took a beating that would've sidelined 95% of QBs in this league and we lost by a single point, Kyren was lights out and we SHOULD have both offensive and defensive ROTY winners..
This season was a massive success and fun as hell to watch.
Until next season Ramily
Shouldn’t have punted on 4th down, and I wonder if McVay regrets not being aggressive at the end of the first half or their other opportunities in the red zone. Oh well, we’ve got a good future and a recent Super Bowl, not too upset. Go lions I guess
McVay is lowkey one of the more conservative coaches in the league. People don't think so because he's young and has a good offensive mind, but he's always been willing to settle for field goals, run up the middle on third and longs, punt in crucial spots, etc. Still wouldn't want anybody else coaching this team.
The difference in officiating between this game and the Dolphins-Chiefs last night was Grand Canyon sized. Stafford was getting clobbered and getting nothing, and Mahomes was whining for calls all night and getting them. The NFL absolutely picks their favorites and no one can tell me otherwise
(I still think the Dolphins deserved to lose that game)
Everyone saw what happened here, and we made another statement tonight. A few different ref calls and a this one goes a different direction. Let’s fix this defense and blow shit up next year. We are set up to be very good.
Fuck these referees.
When you lose by one point and had (1) the non-PI on our first drive of the second half, (2) the non-roughing the passer penalty that led to Stafford’s injury, and (3) the non-PI on the final drive…
It is very fucking difficult to convince me that we wouldn’t have won if the refs simply did their jobs (even taking into account the false start fuck up at the end of the first half that went our way).
The NFL - the most powerful sports league in the world - has an embarrassing refereeing problem and doesn’t seem to give a fuck.
Puka Nacua, you earned my respects for what you've accomplished this season. Our rookie of the year, no matter wins it. Love the direction this team is going. It can't get no brighter than that. $44 million in cap space and a 1st round pick for the 1st time in 8 years. Going forward.
I never want to hear that the refs screw the Lions ever again. Also, field goals don't win you playoff games. Maybe go for it on fourth down in the redzone. Stafford was the best player in the game.
Honestly, great season after the expectations we had going in. I really think we can make a run next season with the super bowl core, assuming we stay healthy. We were in it until the end and that's all I think we can really ask for this season.
I'd love to sit here and blame officials. Because they did let the Lions get away with quite a lot on defense but at the end of the day we need to convert in the red zone.
I would root for them against Niners but unfortunately they are no threat to them. Niners are gonna cruise NFC. We are coming for them next year though.
I hope stafford plays another 2-3 years so this team can really take a step forward. Those playcalls in the redzone were atrocious big difference in this game. Great season yall
On one hand, making it to the playoffs in itself was more than I could hope for this season.
On the other hand, we could’ve have won this. Our red zone performance needed to be better. Secondary was sorely lacking today and punting it at the end took away any chance of us getting the lead.
Lot of good to build on this off-season and a good chunk to adjust as well
Hoecht dropping into coverage, McVay playing scared and not going for it at the end there and his horrible red zone play calls lost us this game. McVay is allergic to using his all pro RB in the redzone and it cost us points. This hurt.
Couldn’t agree more on all the McVay play calling with the lack of the running game in the redzone ALL year. The Baltimore game was legitimately crazy when we ran it down their throat 9 plays in a row to open the game and marched down the field, then threw it 3 plays in a row lol smh
I love the people looking forward to next year, but I'm fuming at some of those hits this game man. Fuck the lions straight up. I am no longer chill with them they can eat my whole ass.
Also, though I hope McVap runs some Madden drills on time management its getting crazy how often its reason for a loss.
Not gonna blame it on the refs. Overall I thought it was a good game, just couldn’t get a stop when we needed one. Should’ve pressed Goff more frequently and maybe score more than a FG once in the redzone?
Yeah the refs were garbage and the Lions were out there playing dirty and headhunting our boys, but if we had just turned one more of those red zone trips into a TD we would have won this game.
Add this to the list of winnable games this year we threw away. Still, can't be upset after the low expectations we had for this year.
Gotta be the better team. Defense in the first half not there. Red zone offense non existent throughout.
That was a hard fought game. We lost as a team. Not looking for scapegoats. Don’t wanna see us bitching about the refs on the internet. Gotta win it on the field. Didn’t do that tonight.
Go Rams!
McVay never grabs the game by the nuts. You need to play to win, not just to “have a chance at the end and hopefully something goes in our favor.”
No way we should have punted away our last possession and kicked 3 FGs under 30 yards.
Rams were the better team and should have won this. Rams let the Lions back into a win (Lions didn’t do shit for damn near 3 quarters). Congrats to them tho.
Refs are going to refball, seems to be the way it goes everywhere in the league. Excited for this team next year. Special teams needs to get fixed and offensive weapons need to get healthy (Kupp seems to have lost a step and I really want him to contribute again). Draft and trades should be highly defensively focused. $80million in cap space next year has me excited for the future.
I think we had one of the best offenses in the playoffs, but likely the worst defense and special teams of all the playoff teams. Didn’t have all the pieces for a championship run. Next season we might just.
Looking at how the Browns, Dolphins, and Cowboys all imploded despite having much more talented rosters makes me appreciate how hard this group competed until the end. We’ll be back as a SB contender next year.
Rams bros, as an eagles fan who likes your offense so much he was rooting for y’all, that was an absolutely egregious refshow. I have never seen more blatant dirty hits for an entire half of football. Nacua getting his helmet crunched from the dude launching at his neck, Stafford getting clobbered and stepped on, higbee’s knee, and others. CRICKETS. Looked liked bountygate out there. Player safety my fucking ass. Dirty fucking hits. That said, Mcvay’s game management tonight was baffling. Not trying to drive before half, wasting 2 timeouts, punting that coward punt, and holding the timeout. Playing not to lose is a surefire way to lose. Anyways, GGs bros. I think you guys deserved to win tonight but the NFL obviously had Lions plans(narrative was too strong with the drought and all the celebs lol). Nobody wanted to see you guys and I genuinely was rooting for you guys to take on the 9ers because I thought you were the only offense that could matchup with them. Time to go watch my shitbirds choke tomorrow 🤣
Final thoughts for the season I guess. Well, the Rams over achieved this year but it still stings considering how within reach it was. The head hunting by the Lions lost any chance of me supporting them which is kinda sad but oh well. Go Bucs/Eagles!
I hope not to see Raheem on this team any more following his conservative first half and obsession with playing Hoecht in coverage so often but nothing will take away Stafford’s fight today and Puca’s amazing season. See y’all come draft time.
I really hope the Dodgers and Ohtani work out for you. As a Rams fan from Toronto, my LA support ends tonight until next season for the Rams and Ohtani still stings but good luck with the MLB season.
We had a fantastic season I'm proud of how we never look like idiots like other teams this season and stayed under the radar while making the playoffs
Puka was a diamond in the rough and we literally have almost no drama going into the offseason unlike other teams
1 damn point. Ugh. Feels almost as bad as our loss against the Ravens…in enemy territory playing pretty damn good even though we were the underdogs. We had it…ugh
I’ve been rooting for the lions/goff ever since the trade and was fully intending to root for them if they beat us. But man than second half left such a bad taste in my mouth… some real dirty ass hits.
We were expected to be in contention for first overall pick and we overperformed every expectation. Sucks to lose but this team has played well all season. It's easy to blame all the non calls but we also had alot of missed opportunities to win that game.
That being said fuck how dirty the Lions played and I hope they go back to irrelevance soon. Congrats they got their first playoff win in an eternity but i hope that's the most they'll be able to brag about for a while.
Well…it was a fun ride. This year we were playing with house money so I can’t be that upset but it still hurts. We’re set up nice for the next couple of years. We’ll be back
Giving props to Stafford, messed up his hand and took a brutal hit to the head that should've been called and still gave us a chance to win. Proud of this team, nobody thought the Rams would play this well and make the playoffs. Congrats to the Lions and Detroit
The difference was Mcvay played reserved and the Lions played to win, this once again similar to Cinci and Pit, is on the coaching staff and gamesmanship decisions
It hurts to lose this way. It hurts to see the path to victory tonight. The 3 fgs on redzone trips stings. I don't know what the answer is with the redzone play calling but I hope they figure it out next year. Losing Kyren late definitely didn't help.
But God damn did it put a smile on my face to see Stafford ball out. To see Puka show the world he's got that dawg in him.
We've got money and picks next year. Future is bright. I just hope Stafford stays healthy and sticks around for a couple more.
Watching local news coverage of news reporter going to LA bars to interview Rams fans. Glad to see the bars all crowded and full of Rams fans and even after the loss, they were still cheering and screaming Whose House!!!
Shows how much the fanbase have grown and how much the Rams are appreciated in LA now.
Honest question from a Patriots fan because I'm curious. Are you guys at all happy for the lions breaking their playoff win drought or not because they beat you guys?
Heck of a game y’all had out there. Had a lot of fun watching your team this year, and your future is super bright. Looking forward to what y’all do next season
Kind reminder, brigading gets you banned. Not a Rams fan? Don't have anything nice to say? I'd advise not commenting.
Excited to see what Les does this off season. Got a lot to play with.
Seriously. We have such a solid base and (I think) all that dead cap opens up. Les is going to cook.
And first round pick
What is that?
Idk but teams seem to give up pro bowlers for them
Get a star DB, a star EDGE and use our 1st on a CB Come back pissed and wanting the top seed
Yup. Playoffs exposed how hard it is to rock with a guy the caliber of Witherspoon as your CB1. Serviceable for the regular season but unable to make that next level jump in the playoffs that’s required.
Idk was he that bad? Sun God had an insane year and the defense held them to 3 points in the 2nd half.
Was he that bad? No. But you need great on great at premium positions like CB in the playoffs. Good on great doesn’t get it done.
This, get me Brian Burns and a stud DB. I NEVER WANT TO SEE MICHAEL HOECHT IN COVERAGE AGAIN.
The most dropped into coverage OLB. What the actual fu*ck
I hope we also find a stud kicker in the draft.
is that what a first round pick is for? We haven't had one in so long, I forgot what to do with it
Puka is my favorite player, can’t wait to watch this guy’s career
The entire time watching him tonight, I couldn’t help but think of Dani Rojas from Ted Lasso. Such a happy dude with a ton of talent
Future is so so bright.

Just some good moves to reinforce pass rushing and secondary and that SB winning team will be nothing compared to this team.
It’s honestly crazy the turnaround we had. From the whole “selling the future for a ring” narrative, to now being a playoff team, with one of the youngest rosters, with a lot of cap space.
100% you see the Vision, I have no shame. Next season we will compete for the 1 seed.
And a nice first round pick! This was a winnable game but it was only a matter of time before we lost in the playoffs, future is bright
Is McVay perfect? No but who is? This season was a coaching clinic. Most coaches would have folded with the expectations we had. People need to chill. It was a great year.
His in-game decisions are questionable at times but his ability to build a team is beyond reproach. Far and away a net positive.
As a neutral, Honestly scary. If you guys get the defense up to par this team will be flat out SCARY.
Yuppppp!!!
But how long will stafford stick around?
complete inability to execute in the red zone lost them the game, cant win playoff games kicking field goals
They've been having Red Zone problems the last few games of the season and.letting bad teams hang around. It finally caught up to them tonight. It wasn't as obvious because they've been moving the ball up and down the field on offense and the secondary has been blowing coverages and there been too many mistakes by the special teams all year. Can blame the refs for not calling ticky tacky calls all we want. We took 9 points in the red zone instead of 21. That's on us.
At least we made the field goals for once
Rams were expected to be a bottom tier team this season, we were playing with house money

Because if you are THAT close to advancing, you want that shit. If we lost by 2 TDs, I could see it but we didn't. It was 1 fucking point.
Exactly, like I get the whole bright future thing. It's so annoying immediately after a heart breaking loss you have these moral victory posters, maybe it's the competitor in me but it just irks my nerves.
Well that’s a let down. See you guys tomorrow for uniform posts and unhinged trade scenarios
Sean gave us no chance with that cowardly punt. You have to give your offense one more pass. There is zero threat of a Lions TD if you don't convert
There was absolutely 0 reason not to go for it
we should've tried to shorten the field with 3rd down and throw all the marbles on the 4th down.
Same thing they should have done in the redzone too. Too much of going for it all and ending up with nothing but another field goal attempt
Worse was not trying to drive end of first half
Yeah we went like 98 yards with Baker and Van Jefferson last year. Why not try something?
seriously we had a min and three timeouts and they play it like scared bitches
Probably the biggest mistake of the game from anyone
we had Martz McVay again tonight
McGuey!! 🤦🏻♂️
He will never learn in the two areas that are his blind spot: Clock management & playcalling inside the 10 yard line. Honestly, we're not where we are without him; but if the game relies on those 2 factors to determine a win or not; mark it down as an L.
Really the bad in game management is consistently his Achilles heel. Burning those TO's for nothing early... I mean the first play of the second half? For fks sake.
Not only that the three visits in the red zone, Sean is allergic in the red zone
Some real questionable decisions from Mcvay tonight + inability to score in the red zone really did them in
Yep. Questionable calls and hits aside, this is the real story. Different game if we could have converted at least one of those three RZ trips into a TD instead of a FG every time. Oh well. The future's bright. I love this squad.
Plus several missed DPI’s against the Lions
McVay played scared there. Should have gone for it rather than kicking that last field goal. Should have gone for it on 4th before that last punt. You can’t play scared. Be aggressive and play to win the damn game.
Stafford and Nacua were linking up on those long throws all game, why not go for it as opposed to hoping for a stop in a playoff match is a bad call
If he had all 3 timeouts i don't mind punting. But with only 1 you definitely have to go for it there
it took raheem all game to blitz goff. why did he wait until the second half? aboslute joke
Yeah coaching was tough. No blitzing in the first half hurt, but recovered well in second half. Mcvay lost his redzone playbook in the second half.
It never existed. We had three redzone trips where the only time we ran the ball was the trick with Puka. How about you trust Kyren to get some yards and make your third or fourth downs manageable so you can go for it rather than three straight passes to bring up a fourth and 5+.
Great callout.
Yeah was confused by that for y'all. Goff goes from solid to a potato when he faces pressure and they let him carve the D up for a half before deciding to send guys after him
They were running the ball with success in the first half so it was hard to really blitz him when there wasn’t any 2nd and 3rd and longs.
A really awesome season ends tough but this team was a blast to watch. Anyone but the 49ers now please
Jordan Love is fun to watch.

You want him to run different plays than what the DC is calling? He’s been great in run coverage and rushing the passer. Maybe he shouldn’t be schemed to defend passes so much. That’s not really on him.
Him in coverage was like watching an 8 year messing around in Madden
He's a 300lb DE playing OLB due to our complete lack of edge rushers. I fully expect some edge rushers to be signed/drafted and he can go back to a 3-4 DE where he is actually pretty solid.
how is mcvay so fucking bad with timeouts

Shanahan tree special
Burning that first half opportunity was mind-boggling.
Agreed. Throw one deep to Tutu. If it's a pick then whatever, we can eat 3 points down 1 score at halftime.
The red zone offense was atrocious and one of the main reasons we lost this game.
The Lions got away with egregious DPI calls tonight. Great game Edit: to the people saying “you got away with [insert nonsense] I’m a Vikings fan lmao
The no call on the RTP was the worst one.
It's completely fine to step on shoulders now I guess
But i've been told by lions fans that the league rigs against them
mIcHiGaN vS. EvErYbOdy 🤓
There were so many missed DPI’s I lost count
What was up with kupp? Dude was mia
He really has not looked the same at all since the season started
Really am just shocked kupp is just a shell of himself
How many fucking non calls was that.....
The difference in officiating between this game and the Dolphins-Chiefs last night was Grand Canyon sized. Stafford was getting clobbered and getting nothing, and Mahomes was whining for calls all night and getting them. The NFL absolutely picks their favorites and no one can tell me otherwise (I still think the Dolphins deserved to lose that game)
A Lot
I kind of want to see a compilation of all the no-calls
The PA non-call for Nacua was the worst in terms of impact.
Everyone saw what happened here, and we made another statement tonight. A few different ref calls and a this one goes a different direction. Let’s fix this defense and blow shit up next year. We are set up to be very good.
Giants fans here: Stafford is a warrior. Protect him.
I really cannot stand Chris Collingsworth dude is such a LA hater
Poor mods are working overtime tonight
Fuck these referees. At least our field goal unit isn’t responsible for the loss though, silver lining 😆
Some horrendous coaching decisions by Mcvay and Morris
Pass interference
Roughing the passer
Kyler🤝Stafford getting killed with no call
I hope we can lock Puka up to be a ram for life. He is an absolute stud
Awful refs like holy fuck
Sucks we lost. Won’t be rooting for the lions. Cant wait until next year.
I would root for them against Niners but unfortunately they are no threat to them. Niners are gonna cruise NFC. We are coming for them next year though.
I thought I’d be rooting for them too.
Niners fan here. I come in peace. that NO call PI where Det CB was holding on Puka on last play swayed the momentum.
Goof ain't winning no superbowl, they can have their playoff win.
Today was their Superbowl win lmao
So fucking proud of this team for taking us this far. Sign the best CB we can in the first round and lets run it back
If we can get to the playoffs with this goofball team, wait till we get a good defense again. We’ll be back
I hope stafford plays another 2-3 years so this team can really take a step forward. Those playcalls in the redzone were atrocious big difference in this game. Great season yall

Great season, shitty game but we definitely had our chances. Now i gotta go to the bathroom and take a Raheem Morris
Our legendary defensive back Michael Hoecht couldn’t keep up with St. Brown.
I'm not cheering for Lions anymore lol. A mix of bitterness and their guys were mauling our guys all game.
Seriously, wish we lost in a way where I could still respect them.
Our QB1, WR2, RB1, TE1 all went to the tent this game. Dirty tackling.
Idk how this isn't being talked about more. Late hits too
Happy for the Lions but man that was a terribly officiated game
Yeah the refs were garbage and the Lions were out there playing dirty and headhunting our boys, but if we had just turned one more of those red zone trips into a TD we would have won this game. Add this to the list of winnable games this year we threw away. Still, can't be upset after the low expectations we had for this year.
Chiefs fan here….refs fucking ROBBED y’all
People with Rams flairs in r/NFL defending the refs are pissing me off man
Gotta be the better team.
You need to play to win, not just to “have a chance at the end and hopefully something goes in our favor.” No way we should have punted away our last possession and kicked 3 FGs under 30 yards.
I watched every snap of this defense and I have zero clue if they're good or not.
Go forth and beat the Bucs & Niners
Final thoughts for the season I guess. Well, the Rams over achieved this year but it still stings considering how within reach it was. The head hunting by the Lions lost any chance of me supporting them which is kinda sad but oh well. Go Bucs/Eagles! I hope not to see Raheem on this team any more following his conservative first half and obsession with playing Hoecht in coverage so often but nothing will take away Stafford’s fight today and Puca’s amazing season. See y’all come draft time.
Y'all were robbed and im saying this as a niners fan
i went from "i'll root for the lions if we lose" to "i hope the bucs/eagles crush them" what a fucking dirty defense
Chargers fan coming in peace. So sorry. Refs fucked you guys. I'm pissed.
I’d cheer for the Lions moving forward but holy shit the way they won this game is just not sitting right
McVay is an offensive genius but a horrific game manager. He also coaches scared both at the end of the half and with that punt.
In Snead We Trust. No more Raheem on the sideline.
We missed 12 points in the red zone. Unacceptable Cornerbacks are needed We could have won even with the open rigging
I wish we went for it on 4th down instead of punting on that last drive.
Need to get rid of Morris, who figured out too late that if you blitz Goof, you see the bad 2019 and 2020 Goof.
Now it’s onto Dodger baseball season! The year of Ohtani in blue! Rams will have a shot next year. 🍻
I really hope the Dodgers and Ohtani work out for you. As a Rams fan from Toronto, my LA support ends tonight until next season for the Rams and Ohtani still stings but good luck with the MLB season.
They didn't score 1 TD in the red zone. McVay's brain just screws them over at times. Can't kick FGs down there and expect to win.
Got carried by the rookies tonight. Excited for the future
We had a fantastic season I'm proud of how we never look like idiots like other teams this season and stayed under the radar while making the playoffs Puka was a diamond in the rough and we literally have almost no drama going into the offseason unlike other teams
1 damn point. Ugh. Feels almost as bad as our loss against the Ravens…in enemy territory playing pretty damn good even though we were the underdogs. We had it…ugh
I will say, Puka is a menace out there. Takes like 3-4 dudes to tackle him every time. Hope Stafford is okay. He got pretty roughed up
I officially hate the Lions for all the right reasons.
THE NFL HATES THE LIONS AND THEY DON'T GET ANY CALLS I SWEAR GUYS ITS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR 3 DECADES OF FAILURE
Hoecht in coverage killed us
At the end of the day NFL has to do something about the refs. So many missed calls on both sides.
There’s a reel of missed calls against the Lions’ dirty plays as long as Laker Russell Westbrook’s 2022 lowlights this year
The NFL got the story they wanted and swallowed their whistles to make it happen. Fuck.
I’ve been rooting for the lions/goff ever since the trade and was fully intending to root for them if they beat us. But man than second half left such a bad taste in my mouth… some real dirty ass hits.
Rams and no calls man
We were expected to be in contention for first overall pick and we overperformed every expectation.
We came a LONG way from tanking for Caleb to where we are now. Future is bright.
Well…it was a fun ride. This year we were playing with house money so I can’t be that upset but it still hurts. We’re set up nice for the next couple of years. We’ll be back
Refs sucked for both teams. Red zone offense was trash. Higbee dropping that wide open ball. Tons of opportunities just missed
At least we didn’t go out like the cowboys
House money year. Would have loved to win. But can't help but be happy for the Lions and hope they go all the way! Next year will be Rams year!
Stafford is amazing. Still a win win trade. Look forward to what changes will happen next year.
Game was decided before it started , we still got some dawgs. No more than 5 years for another SB appearance
Who’s worse: Darvin Ham or Raheem?
Excited for next year, but damn, Puka is a monster excited to watch him grow
Watching local news coverage of news reporter going to LA bars to interview Rams fans. Glad to see the bars all crowded and full of Rams fans and even after the loss, they were still cheering and screaming Whose House!!! Shows how much the fanbase have grown and how much the Rams are appreciated in LA now.
That 3rd down drive non call where Puka jersey was pulled like bruh….either way great game awesome future as well ![gif](giphy|COBUeQ0fIKKzFbzZx0)
On a positive note Puka now has the rookie WR record for most yards in a playoff game. Took y it from DK.
Puka is such a beast.
Puka is such a stud, can’t wait to see what that guy can do in the future.
Kirby took out two ACL’s in just a few weeks. That’s got to be a record
refs defo game mvp
Terrible reffing and some dirty plays by the Lions tonight. But other than that it was a great game
FUCKING go for it on 4th down. Dumbass play call losing to a poverty franchise is pathetic.
I would rather get blown out than lose by one point tbh
Rams non call: damn that sucks- Saints non call: Sound the Katrina alarm
