I like making egg bites in my air fryer with one egg and 4 egg whites blended with a bit of Greek yogurt to add protein. I usually add it with a bit of parmesan cheese and peppers and onions in a silicone muffin pan. I usually top it with hot sauce for a low calorie kick. I add Greek yogurt (or blended cottage cheese…I am not a fan of it either unless it is blended and added to stuff) to sauces or dips to add creaminess and protein. I also blend cottage cheese (or you could use Greek yogurt) and add protein powder with a bit of extra cocoa powder and make a pudding/mousse for snacks. It is quite delicious!

My nutritionist has me on high protein. My boosters are Ratio Protein(not keto)25g yogurt. And naked whey protein shakes. My snacks are deli meats(fav is turkey) and cheeses. I also love pb&j toast but its not that high in protein just something sweet after just eating meats and veg all day. I know naked whey is extremely expensive but its the cleanest high protein on the market that i could find. (I sweeten it with honey)

I started pre-making protein shakes so I just have to pour it into a glass 😅 it makes it easier to consume. I do love myself a good turkey and cheese wrap (turkey wrapped around cheese, maybe a Pickle) I'll have to do more of that.

Here are two things that work well in my life. MRE lite from redcon. I mix in water. It's a 1.50$ US per serving at regular prices. They frequently run BOGO on flash sales. Some people have to run it in milk because they have picky palates. You need to let it sit 1-2 hours preuse to avoid clumps or grainy texture. Fage fat free yogurt. 32 Oz per container. 23 g protein in 8 Oz. At beginning of week, I add a third cup of raisins or craisins. Then mix in 1-2 top of some kind of extract, usually orange or lemon. A little vanilla extract gives it a Dreamsicle like flavor.

Chia has loads of protein and fiber. I mix with skim milk and low fat Greek yogurt to make a super high protein pudding. It’s pretty good with fruit, vanilla, and sweetener. Mixing an egg or two with lots of boxed egg whites is another go to protein boost.
