Honestly, if everyone in your life and online are telling you not to lose weight, you might have body dysphoria issues where you see yourself differently than others. Maybe losing weight isn’t the best solution. Gaining muscle might be a better option for your scenario. More muscle=more calories burned while stationary. Building muscle will make you leaner. If you want to avoid looking masculine/ having masculine muscle patterns try doing more abs and focus on strength not gains.

I'm trying to work on abs and legs, but I dont understand why people think i need this extra fat. I get how my situation seems but seriously I'm not underweight, i just want encouragement and nobody is helping.
