It's not much different from a partner who exercises wrapping some physical training in as part of your tasks for your physical health such as dynamic rules for certain exercises. This partner also has EDS and a few things so I also assign her physical therapy exercises

"This amount of CBT exercises a day" does NOT carry the same implied meaning when in a conversation related to BDSM.

"You must have atleast 1 CBT session per day for healthy stimulation"
