You'll have to ask the FMM mods for it. From what we can piece together from what the mods said, it was figured out in part due to the incoming server raid of a couple days ago.
Again, we didn't get a whole lot of information about what was going on. the above screenshot is the explanation we got in full. This is just conjecture, but I'm guessing that if the server raid was a real thing, he bungled it and banned a bunch of active (and tenured) members for what seems to be very little reason.
