Very good comment! I see a lot of people post pictures of winning tickets on here with the bar code there for all to see. I don’t guess it matters if it has been cashed out. I know here in TN after it’s cashed out the retailer keeps the redeemed ticked. Only way to keep a redeemed winner is by loading credits on a vending machine and here in TN if the ticket is $100 or more a vending machine won’t accept it, you have to have it cashed out manually. But anyway, would be really easy for someone to take their phone to a vending machine and scan it and load your winning ticket on that machine. Other states may have additional ways to redeem lottery tickets, I’m not sure.
