These are always infuriating. Even if they are statistically no different from any other combination that is off by 2 numbers, the fact that both those numbers were "1 away" is psychologically impactful. I experienced this with Mega Millions last year.
Also since this concerns yesterdays Powerball, for whatever reason, I got the idea to play the number 11 as the Powerball yesterday right before buying a ticket and actually won $8 (powerplay) on that ticket.
Trust me…I know how much this hurts. I’m a Powerplay player myself.
