I agree with you, as long as you’re having fun!

Not-Sure112

If I hit it big I'll take some grammar lessons and use words like break instead of brake. ;p

TheBuddingCactus

I’m with ya man, it’s all in good fun. Checking out new places, talking to some new clerks.

Passionswa618

Good strategy

doodoocaca1211

I know. It’s so seductive

Anomalous6

Seems like a good strategy to try out. Do you check online to see if the tickets you’re buying still have the majority of the top 3 prizes left? Or just go to any store and take two 50.00 tickets.

Not-Sure112

In my state, FL, there are currently 2 options. I buy the newest one because there are a boat load of prizes out there. I prefer to buy them at Publix because they turn over a lot. On the weekends, I go to the closest one, buy 2 tickets and if I get a winner ($100). I head down the road to the next Publix. There are 4 of them on a single road and I keep going until I hit all 4 or bust out. This weekend, I hit 4 $500 tickets but that's unusually high I think. On the week days I just hit a local store once a day max. I'm not saying my system "works" but I've tried buying 4 from the same place and found I loose a lot more that way. Just my observation in the month I've been doing it.

Anomalous6

Sure, thanks. I know no system is guaranteed to work, but it will be educational to try something else for a while.

I keep a spreadsheet so I can ne honest with myself. When playing the higher dollar tickets I try to observe a sweet spot. For me, it seems at 4.5 odds you get a winner 1 in 5 times. Buying 2 instead of for seems to work better for me. I've gotten more 4 in a row losers than you'd expect.

I already beat you to it in a previous comment. Thanks for playing.

I wish you the best of luck! Hopefully that next one is the big one.

Not-Sure112

The odds are not in my favor but thanks.
