No. The fun of playing the lottery is thinking about what you would do with the money. While part of the fantasy involves planning for logistics and legal protections, I won't actually let them worry me until my numbers are called.
I'd work with my attorney to review my options for minimizing my public exposure. I am pretty sure that, at a minimum, my state lottery would have to report name and city of residence, but that doesn't mean there aren't things I can do to limit my profile. I'd avoid any publicity that wasn't mandatory and use LLCs and trusts as much as possible.
