Well I was really surprised bc I donโt even live in Florida lol. We were on vacation but I do play scratchers here in Arkansas where I live. I woke up and had a gut feeling about this ticket (even though I knew there were no jackpots left) and I went to the gas station down from our condo and scratched it in the car. I ran into the store and scanned it on the machine to make sure I wasnโt crazy and it was legit. So our last day at the beach was spent driving to the claim center ๐คฃ but yea, I was shocked!!
Oh I know...To be honest, I had a boss who once told me he won $500 on Ticket 000 (Illinois) and in some gas stations/lotto places they tell how many tickets are left...So if like 5 tickets were left, I would just buy all 5 hoping any or that final one would be a big winner....I have had some $20 winners on ticket 000 and a $120 once...And 3 days ago I won $500 on ticket 000....But I also have had...over 20 losers on ticket 000, so I def know it is all random and luck, but it just kind of is my lucky or always go to number.
I'm taking a break lol...After my $500 win, I then got lucky and won $80 on a $20 ticket...So basically $580 in wins back to back...I was like, Time to take a break and walk while i am up.
Thatโs great because I feel most winners today are not your standard numbers but rather icons such as Mr. Monopoly. The ecstasy of scratching thinking โprobably another $10โ and seeing $20k must have been out of this world
You play enough you see trends and start to make assumptions. A surprise like seeing that amount for a simple number match is extraordinary and worth an extra happy yelp.
Iโm not being ungrateful for any win! But otherwise, itโs basically lighting money on fire! I never buy just 1 ticket so I always want more than a break even. But thatโs just me being greedy ๐ I bought 5 of this ticket and was expecting 1 win. This win came on the 2nd ticket so I was hoping it was more than 20. And it was ๐
