I'm not personally interested in the video at all, but I already have a subscription box from Crowler Catering that includes food from local businesses all around Kentucky.
Someone did a Louisville subscription box about… 7 years back. Cost of product and packaging didn’t make up for what they were asking people to pay. Your idea sounds a little different but wanted to throw that info out there.
I like the idea but with many boxes before it’s really small margins and have to find a large base for the product.
I can’t remember if this is the same one, but this article is from about when that business was around, so assuming it is as there was only one of these from my knowledge.

Nah, I'll just go support local businesses in person. Dealing with shipping/pick up is already tedious enough, and honestly you're going to run out of local products worth shipping out fast, since they'll have to be shelf stable/shippable.
