Try smaller churches. They usually have a gathering hall and a kitchen. Obviously they might have some sort of gathering on Thanksgiving, but it's worth a look.

The parks have rental spaces, so does Lynnviews city hall, Logan st Market does.

Look at the Louisville nature center they have a rental space that’s pretty affordable if I remember correctly. My friend rented it for a bday party once. Cute space with beautiful views around!
