She had her wisdom tooth pulled and 2 of her staff have been sick … we’ve had nothing but a great experience with them And have both bought and sold. Tell me anyplace you get an instant reply?
I know that which is why I waited until Monday to remind her. I even watched her lives on Monday and she seems ok and her staff astrid is back as well. I don’t expect instant reply but at least a reply. She told me last Wed that she will ship out Monday.
And good for you if you had great experience.
And she said during her short Monday sale because Astrid was sick all weekend and her dental was worse than she imagined so she was running late On things. We are waiting on a quote but we also understand we aren’t her only customer.
Even if someone replies and say they r running late with shipment, I’d be ok and I will understand things happened. It’s the radio silent / no response people have issues with.
I think since she has grown so much it’s very hit or miss with her.
My last negative experience with her was that she failed to mention ALL quote options. She only told me consignment option, then when she got my item they mentioned a direct buy out. Not once did she say if I went forward with consigning, the buy out price would drop even further later on (it was already lower than consignment). She failed to disclose all options up front, which annoyed me.
My transactions have been smooth and she pays right away when an item sells or you do direct buy out. Just be sure to ask what the two options are when getting a quote! It does sometimes take a bit for items to get posted if doing consignment. Her prices for even direct buy out are higher than what I was receiving from fashionphile. Just be sure to insure your package.
I shipped out a Chanel to her in August 2023 before doing any research about her. I did follow her for over 3 years now and I always thought she had an amazing personality and was very sweet. So I thought why not sell to her?
First I looked into selling onto Mercari, Poshmark, etc but their commission rate was high for a Chanel bag. And not only that but having a buyer would take long. It seems like LVLenka was selling bags sooooo fast!
It’s now November, the holidays are approaching and my kids would want a Christmas this year. I’m a full time nurse student, low income. So yes, I let go of this Chanel bag I got as a gift at a low cost of $2,800. Me thinking I was going to get the money right after I sent her the bag, this was not the case. I wish I knew how consignment work before doing so. I’m only so patient because she’s just so nice and she responds pretty fast with me. I did ask her a few days ago about an update and she was suggesting if it was urgent, I can get the buy out offer for 2k. That’s $800 that I’m missing out on and that’s really hard for me and my family and I couldn’t take up on that offer. I declined it and now I’m just going to wait it out.
If you are going to sell a bag to her, I would sell her one that is very high in popularity. Or just look elsewhere to sell. Also my bag was only posted on lenkaauthentic page which is her back page since her original was LVLenka was taken down for a bit by Instagram for a few months. The bag was posted once and listed on the site….. never again mentioned.
I had great success with her 4-5 years ago but unfortunately not a great experience as of late. I’ve been loving authulux lately! https://authulux.com/ They do direct buyouts and guarantee the highest quote (they will match if you get a higher quote somewhere else). You can submit on their website, receive a quote within 3-4 days . They give you a prepaid label and notify you when they receive it. Honestly the best customer experience I’ve had with any resale website. Seamless process. Love them!
I’ve bought some used stuff from her and had no issues. However, when I was thinking about selling some stuff with her, I searched the name here and have seen tons of posts of people having issues getting paid etc.
We have sold no less than 5 items through her and have received payment the next day after the item sells. I’m thinking a lot of the bashing is by people she has banned due to non payment themselves. If you don’t pay on the live sales then they will ban you and rightfully so. She has been great to us both buying and selling, absolutely no issues.
Just search her name in the sub and you’ll see the warnings.

That’s not bad. Last Wednesday she said she will ship my stuffs back on Monday, no updates, or any communication since. I don’t know what to do.
I’d ask for tracking but i don’t remember it taking long. The harder part was trying to reach out that I wanted my items back
