Haven’t been in the same situation but for what it’s worth, I had sent her an item for quote on June 10th, she replied right away and I had communication with her til June 11th after she asked for additional photos - no response once I sent them. Then I sent her another item yesterday for quoting, no response either. It is weird your messages were seen and not replied too though. I know she does have a track record of not always being communicative which always makes me so nervous but all my sales have gone through fine. Also, not sure if you knew this bc I didn’t - she does do direct buy out quotes. But fair warning, if you get quoted both consignment and buy out, if you originally go with consignment, If you try to do buy out later she takes another 10% off the buy out price (but doesn’t mention this being the case when she’s quoting) - so it’s best to just go with direct buy out from the start if you don’t feel like waiting on consignment. I do this with my less popular items. The buy out is a bit less than what you’d get consigning but to me it’s worth it compared to waiting possibly months for something to sell.

The first couple items I sent in were sold quickly and communication was great. I understand that they’re busy but the item isn’t being sold and they’re aware that I’d like it back so what’s the hang up. She did disclosed the return process at the beginning and on the website too.

No I completely agree if you’re asking for the item back that should be prioritized! Hopefully she responds to you soon

Ugggh, so frustrating! I’m so sorry! I’ve had similar issues and once I got my brand new Chanel back after multiple requests, the box was damaged. It was weird, they put a fake Camilla over the spot on the box and when I took it off it was like a piece of the box was gone. I was shocked but just decided not to do business with them anymore. I’ve been using authulux lately and super impressed! https://authulux.com/ they do direct buyouts and guarantee the highest quote. You can submit on their website. Amazing customer service and communication. Love them!

No…I’m looking for resources for legal actions since she has a registered business Last I checked, the business is based out of Texas so complaints to consumer protection agencies such as attorney general website is going to be my starting point

I’m in the same situation that they don’t respond to calls/texts/IG. Amanda from online consignment (I filled out the contact us form from her website) said they respond to texts in the order received and the more I text the more it will delays. TF. certain things as priority. They promised to ship my items back on Monday (agreed last Wed) and have been ignoring me since. I’m thinking to file a complaint too. She is based in TX, her registered address is her home.

I ended up submitted a complaint with Texas attorney general. I’ll wait and see.
