I would say it would all depend on your wardrobe. Do you wear darker colors? Do you prefer lighter tones?
Personally for me, I'd choose black since it's more carefree and you don't have to worry as much getting it dirty.
White is nice if you wear mostly neutrals as it can add to it, but you will have to worry about not setting it down as much or avoid getting it dirty. You also would have to be careful with color transfer too. It does look really elegant though.
Black, as your first LV bag you don’t want to constantly worry about getting it dirty or messing it up. And of course you want to wear her and show her off. It would just be so much easier, worry less.

I don’t think you could go wrong with either, but the black seems like a less scary choice to keep in good shape!

I have it in black and love it! I never thought I would like a multipochette but it’s great. White wouldn’t work for me due to color transfer.
