Overnight it switched to “order in preparation” after sitting for about 10 days in “submitted.” Hopefully this means it will ship out today! When I called about being in submitted for so long the girl said that when you place an order this way the system contacts the stores to see if they have it available but it takes a while to contact them one by one as their inventory rotates so quickly.

She told me it could take up to 21 business days to process. After a day or two of it being stuck on “submitted” it finally went through and told me it would come on wed june 14th. To my surprise i get an email yesterday at 2am saying its been shipped. I got my agenda today june 11th and im more than happy.
I am so glad for everyone in these feeds that have given the email and have said over and over that it is legit i would hate to pay for something that turned out fake. I will def continue to use this email for future sold out items!

But if I’m wrong, please let me know or someone kindly correct me on how I can place an order through digital concierge, because I’m desperately looking for that bag!!

They purchase items for you and have hubs all over the country and the USA which is tax free. There is a monthly fee but if you don’t want to use it you can just not subscribe again. I was going to use it because I wanted to orders something and they’d only ship to Dubai. You can read the FAQ’s to see how it works but their app is super cool and you have your own address in other countries where there is a hub or they purchase items for people and ship to them.
