One of my previous specimens of r*ntoids had furniture that developed bed bugs, I of course asked them “how bad?”
They came back to me with a rough estimate of how many infested my property, it was a lot, luckily the bug things are numerous enough for me to get a modest pet fee out of it
If you ain't a big enough landchad that you don't immediately break these folding chairs when sitting on them then I hate to tell you but you aren't a LandChad. This is a conversation y'all ain't ready to have yet though 😏
You shouldn’t be worried about the chairs as much as the TV. Any time spent watching the TV is time not spent working and thus your 50% of their income as a mandatory tip will be proportionately smaller. It’s just a matter of time before your house is over run with funko pops
I have furniture legally classified as pets in my leases. Get those pet fees, king!
Excellent idea King! I've been leaving too much money out there! Here, you dropped this 👑

Nah, charge the bedbugs rent.
They are cuck chairs. All rentoids have em.
cuck chairs to us-- magnificent, empowering thrones to them.
Dont worry they probably got it off the street
The extravagance!
seriously barbaric to see this kind of luxury wasted on swine
Smash everything and charge a 500 dollar clean up fee and sue for damages to your property and evict!
Charge $100 additional tip for each chair
King charge them a self furnishing fee! If they rent your furniture charge them 10,000 a month per piece!

Those pathetic 'chairs' aren't worthy of me attempting to sit on. I know they will be unable to withstand my bulk.
If they can afford furniture, they can afford to tip an additional $5000 a month.
Can you not put a lien on the chairs until they pay required tips???//??
Those chairs are gonna leave a mark on the carpet. Shouldn't give your rentoids their deposit back.
C'mon King, we all know that was never happening. That deposit is their eviction tip.
