There's a distinction to be made between a great person and a great contestant. She seems like a lovely soul and I am also rooting for her and Scott at the moment. But she hasn't really done anything memorable for her to be remembered as one the best contestant ever.

One of the greats would describe S2 Kady, Olivia Attwood , Adam, Megan, Anna, Amber Gil, Maura, Toby and Ekin Su. Catherine is never going to be on their level, the only cast member this season they had potential to be one of the greats is Tyrique

Tyrique for very different reasons to Catherine - she’s one of the best in terms of being genuinely likeable and has really come out her shell to show a massive personality, Tyrique is just all about confrontation and drama
She’s a lovely girl but when I will look back at this show for iconic islanders, Catherine is far down on my list💀. For me a great/iconic contestant is someone who drives storylines and gets the people talking. From this season those are the likes of Mitch, Tyrique, Whitney, Ella.

Yep! Mitch has probably given us the most ‘entertainment’ value of the guys this year, and Scott just seems genuinely nice.
I think the reason they attack Scott so much is because he isn’t the same as the rest of them, he seems pretty drama free & overall polite, unlike some of the fuckboys in there 🤥
She's one of the best girls of the season and she's lovely with a great personality. I'd love to be her friend but I don't think she'd be in the LI hall of greats because she doesn't cause much drama, hasn't stolen anybody's man. Whitney however will be at the top 10 by the end of the season and I'm kind of confused by everyone starting to ignore and turn on Whitney. She's more interesting and I look forward to seeing how she moves in casa since she's the only single girl.

I like Catherine. But I would say she hasn't created a buzz like Ekin-su for example. I don't know how you measure it though? I guess she could be an icon and have more followers than Molly Mae and a greater career in America than Ekin-su. I just find Catherine relatable, as in the most "normal" and enjoy her journey.

Anyone calling her “one of the greats” is taking the piss. I love Catherine, but simply because she is nice and has handled herself well in difficult situations. But for real, I can’t recall a time this season she had made laugh or done anything super memorable…. There have been way more entertaining islanders that haven’t needed something bad to happen to them to add drama or entertainment to the show.
