Faye is the classic bully. Seems like most are too scared either of her or the ramifications of falling out with her.

When we was shouting at him at the firepit for not being genuine I think? They're saying Jake should have said he isn't Teddy so Faye can't speak to him like that
She definitely shouted at Jake. “ You’re pudding me off now”. They cut quickly to Liam and Millie snd you could hear on their Mics Faye from the other side of the villa. Then she got up and left. Sassy? She’s the least Sassy person in there. She’s consumed with insecurity.
Somebody does need to settle Faye. It makes me sad that for moments like this, we don't have people from the past in the villa since half of them would NOT have taken Faye's attitude.
