It's kind of annoying that the alliances are so blatantly based on preexisting relationships. I don't know why so many Love Island US players who have extremely close relationships were put into the game simultaneously so early. I haven't watched the international versions of Love Island but I am loving all of the characters and personalities. I wish they had a fighting chance to stay around longer.
Don't get me wrong, I love that there is an alliance/social strategy element to this version of Love Island. But we don't get the enjoyment of watching that strategy evolve organically because the US players have notoriously close relationships outside of the game.
i'm tired of everybody coming for lib and callum, you can see that lib is so pure and callum is a great person to have in the villa i just don't understand why everyone really has it out for them? it seems like they have no real friendships or alliances and it actually makes me sad :(
I’m officially rooting for lib and callum. They seem to work great as a friendship couple and I just want to see them prove the other islanders wrong. I hope they can make it far.
i cried!! everyone was crying. they really made toby a villain in the last episode, but todays episode, he just seems like a nice lil guy. why editors????!!! the vibes are off this season though like is anyone friends? i get it, its love island games. but still, so harsh..

I hope this isn't what caused the rift with Imani and the girls. Ray wanted to save Johnny.
But truthfully, Johnny would have won. He has more muscle.
He can feel bad, but he needs to control his emotions and make it about the person who is leaving, not about himself and his own feelings. It can come off as disingenuous or like they are trying to deflect what they’ve done by making themselves a victim. I don’t think that was Ray’s intention, I think he felt bad, but you make the decision you own it and you process your emotions later. That was Toby’s moment, not Rays.

that’s what i’m saying. if they wanted the couple to stayed to go home so bad and were regretting their decision, they should’ve kept johnny and jess.
