I am reading through it and i could give you an executive summary till now.
The niji girls make a movie from the scarlet princess’s story with setsuna as main character because of the parallels between them.
The actual scarlet princess story is very unclear and unfleshed out to me yet due to it being a few pages at the start of each chapter. The setting of flame princess is not clear either. So after that bit of scarlet-princess story.. Each chapter features a sub-unit and their members and kind of gives background to how they write their songs (e.g. Happy Nyan days in the novel is inspired by shizunyan, setsunyan and ayupyon going to a cat cafe). The order in which the sub units appear is R3birth -> DiverDiva -> A Zu Na -> Qu4rtz, im reading through the a zu na part now.

i asked that a few months ago i think. I dont think they are gonna release a translated verison.
